Jen Bateman started drawing and writing around the age of three years-old after receiving their first box of crayons and never stopped.

With no formal training except a handful of K-12 art classes, and no post-high school education, Jen is a self-taught and self-directed artist in the truest sense. The passion to build, communicate, explore, and share authentic human experiences with others is the driving force behind all of Jen's creative projects.
