Behind the 8-Ball is an autobiographical webcomic by Jen Bateman. Its unfolding narrative portrays their experience of life as a late-diagnosed autistic person, and contains elements of psychological drama and horror as their autistic masking evolves to take on a life of its own. Contains cartoon depictions and descriptions of abuse, as well as cartoon violence and discussions of sex and sexuality. Intended for young-adult to adult readership.
